Mainpride Lofts are an established family run business, with over 35 years of experience of loft conversions. We pride ourselves in offering a professional personal service, which is highly competitive, with a fixed price, delivered by a team of experts.
Beginning in 1993, the company was started by Roger Hickman and Dave Yemm who decided to make the most of their twenty years of industry experience. They felt that with their extensive knowledge in surveying, planning and construction they could provide a quality service not available when their idea was conceived. Now Roger has retired from the board, taking a more hands-on approach. Dave's son Neil, who has been with the company from the start, is a Director.
Mainpride Lofts offer a complete service starting with a free feasibility study and no obligation estimate, to planning, approvals through to completion, throughout the West Midlands area.
Each member of the Mainpride team are dedicated to providing every customer with a quality conversion, to the highest standard and pride ourselves in working to an agreed time schedule.
