Loft conversion in Wolverhampton
Tucked away in this exclusive cul-de sac in Wolverhampton is this detached bungalow, retired couple Tom & Sue contacted us to come up with some loft conversion ideas to have a second reception room so Sue could watch her favorite dramas on TV and Tom wanted to watch his beloved Wolverhampton football team.
Planning restrictions and using there garden was not an option to extend, so they contacted several loft conversion companies to see what the loft could offer, we came in listened and came up with a couple of options.
Tom & Sue eventually chose on this option with us.
They both felt comfortable using us (thank you).
As you open the front door into a fantastic hallway with ample room to accommodate the new light oak stairs rising up into the center of the roof, this was vital as dormas were not an option and getting into the center gave us the headroom required for building regulations, once at the top of the stairs landing we have two doors one left one right, the right one opening into the storage area, plenty of room for the family’s suitcases, Christmas trees and years of memories in boxes.
The left door opens into a beautifully light room, the two Velux roof lights to the front are fantastic.
The room is more than spacious to accommodate the settee, book shelves and of course the telly.
From initial meetings to the finished article we took care of it all and walked Tom and Sue through the stages, consulting with them at all times.
