I wanted to put a few words together to show you my appreciation for the work you did in my house.

I was very nervous about having my loft converted, not being in the building trade I knew nothing about what I wanted doing, I just knew in my head what the end result looked like, I knew I needed to find somebody I could trust and that person was Neil. After several quotes and building companies trying to convince me that my home would be in safe hands nobody did that better than Neil, from the second I met him, I felt at ease and that he was listening to my worries. From the very start he explained everything to me step by step so that I knew exactly what was going on, he was honest throughout and always managed my expectations well. Neil introduced me to his team who would be working on my loft and again they carried the same traits, the team were polite, reliable, and the quality of the work that they have completed on my home is outstanding. Neil and his team were respectful of my home and very tidy!! The work completed on my loft is better than I ever imagined it could be, Neil and his team have turned my house in to the home that I have dreamed of. Neil and the team in July 2025 completed our conversion in a couple of months and added 2 extra bedrooms and a bathroom to our home.
The process was really simple and we lived in the house whilst the work was ongoing as it caused so little disruption to our lives.
Communication between Neil and the contractors was great and everyone turned up when they were supposed to.
The work has been completed to such a high standard and everyone including ourselves has been really impressed with the end result.
I just wish we’d done it sooner as it has made a big difference to our lives and given us the space we needed for our family.
