"I’d like to start by saying, that I first contacted Neil yemm at very short notice due to the fact I was let down by another company, it was very close to Christmas at this time, and I wasn’t sure if the work could be carried out straight away. However Neil came out to see me straight after the phone call we had, we sat down and talked about what I wanted from his company, which was a full loft conversion with an ensuite, he then talked me through the plans and process, made me feel reassured considering I was Anxious from being let down by another loft conversion company, we then got the green Light to start, and from the moment the job went ahead, everything ran through perfectly. The men that was completing the job were fantastic, their workmanship was faultless, Neil was always reassuring and on hand I’d I had any queries. We kept in touch throughout the whole process, there was great communication all the way through, from both neil and the workers I welcomed into my home, everything arrived on time, and the job flowed effortlessly, even through Christmas. To say I am happy with the work that took place and the result of my loft conversion is an understatement. Family and friends that I have shown have all said how fantastic it looks. In the future I would like more work done and I will not hesitate to contact Neil for this. My experience was fantastic and would highly recommend"
