Stairs will rise over the existing utilising a cupboard at the landing level to minimise the intrusion from a bedroom.
There will be three flat top dormas to the rear, cladded in a darker grey cedral boarding.
Obtained prior to commencement were all the necessary local authority approvals, we always work with the clients and the local planning authority to achieve the best possible outcome prior to starting.
