The clever part was installing the new staircase within the existing smaller bedroom, the wall between two bedrooms was then moved to increase the size of the one and allowing the new stairs direct access to the existing stairs/landing for fire regulations, this then gave the teenage daughter a large loft bedroom with an ensuite.

New fire doors thru out and smoke alarms for safety are installed.

Our loft conversion was finished in 2023, and we are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Neil is highly skilled, professional, and knowledgeable in his work.

Our loft conversion features a Velux conversion  which brings in a beautiful natural light that brightens up the entire space, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The en-suite shower room adds a touch of luxury and convenience to the loft, making it a self-contained and functional living space.

It's truly a joy to see our daughter enjoying her new space, a cozy retreat that she can call her own within the confines of our home.
